Plan a year of
An office package gives your office a year of staff development and professional support for one monthly fee. Instead of arranging each course or assignment separately, you agree on your priorities with us once and we plan the year around them.
What a package can include
Every package is put together for the office that commissions it. One office may put most of its budget into course slots and coaching; another may need a dedicated workshop, a process improvement assignment and supporting guidebooks.
A package can combine
- slots for your staff on our courses
- training delivered for your office alone
- professional support such as consultancy, coaching and review of staff work
- guidebooks and other publications
- access to our online platform for your staff
Your service schedule sets out exactly what the year includes: training days, hours of professional support, publications, deliverables, platform users and review meetings.
Fee
We quote each package for your office's size and needs; send an inquiry and we will prepare one. The fee does not cover meals, venues hired outside our premises, or other event costs agreed in advance; your service schedule states who pays for these before any event is booked. Work beyond the package is quoted separately.
Using your package slots
Your HR administrator assigns staff to course slots through the platform. Each slot uses training days from your package, one day for each person for each day of the course. You can replace a staff member, or cancel a slot and keep the days, at any time before the course starts.
Your HR administrator can also see the enrollments, attendance and certificates of the staff your office assigns.
Getting started
We meet your commissioning officer and HR or training staff to understand the work you want to improve and your priorities for the year.
We prepare a costed package with a delivery calendar and payment schedule.
Your office names a coordinator, and we sign an agreement with the billing terms.
We start preparing the first activities with your coordinator.
